In 1986, the Jersey Classic relocated to the Horse Park of New Jersey.  It was a new facility with not a tree in sight. We have since watched it grow into one of the finest show grounds in the East.  Located at 626 Route 524 in Upper Freehold Township, Monmouth County, just minutes off Route 195.

The Annual Jersey Classic Horse Show is scheduled June 5-7, 2020

It is not too early to plan now to attend!  Location: Horse Park of New Jersey

GOOD NEWS - THE 2020 JCHS is an ASHA STAR SHOW!  Briefly the Star Shows "were created in 2020 to bring organization and benefits to shows that are unaffiliated with the United States Equestrian Federation. ASHA Star Shows will offer a consistent set of guidelines along with additional marketing support.  Shows will be eligible for the ASHA Horse Show Grant Program and be able to participate in ASHA awards programs, ASR CH Points program and be able to qualify for the World's Championship Horse Show."    More "Fast Facts" are outlined for your information on the ASHA website.

"The 2019 Jersey Classic went off without a hitch with beautiful weather, in a gorgeous location, and amazing riders and horses in the ring! Thank you to all the trainers, riders, sponsors and volunteers who participated this year! And we would like to give a special shout out to Nealia McCracken for leading the Show Committee! We couldn't have done it without you! "   ~ Kathy Stewart

Spectators are always welcomed!

For those not familiar with the American Saddlebred horse  this is their opportunity to watch them perform.   A kind disposition, trainability and desire to please are among this breed's most desirable traits.  The Saddlebred is a trotting breed that can be taught to perform the slow gait and rack.  And did you know that it is the oldest registered breed in the USA?
